Separate marketplace receiving instructions from customs and product requirements. Approve the SKU, artwork and evidence for every selling market.
- Name the importer and broker for the inventory shipment.
- Match applicable product evidence and country labels to each SKU/model.
- Keep current FNSKU, carton files and shipment-plan versions with the release approval.

Confirm before you ship
We prepare against your current Seller Central shipment plan. Requirements can vary by product, category, and destination. Product eligibility, customs, taxes, and marketplace acceptance must be confirmed for each shipment.
Cross-check before dispatch
Product labels
Match seller-provided labels to the correct SKU and variant. Keep marketplace product identification separate from carton and carrier shipping labels.
Shipment labels
Use the latest approved shipment plan, receiving destination, box IDs, and carton contents. Recheck carton records whenever stock is repacked.
Your release checklist
- Approved SKU list and quantities by carton
- Current product labels and Amazon box ID labels
- Final carton weight, dimensions, and packing list
- Confirmed destination and collection instructions
- Written approval of any shortages, damage, or prep exceptions
A carrier label identifies the transport shipment; an FBA box ID identifies the carton within the marketplace shipment plan. Both records need to match the physical shipment before collection.
Keep one approved label version
Name the active label files and the SKU or shipment references they cover. When a plan changes, identify the affected stock and review replacement labels, repacking and carton allocations together. Keep older versions separate from the files approved for the current outbound batch.
Use the receiving record for affected inventory and the dispatch record for the final label version and release approval. Prepare the handoff records.
Before inventory arrives
Share your SKU list, quantities, product dimensions and weight, supplier references, requested checks, and destination. Agree receiving instructions and special handling before dispatching stock to us.
Use the shipment preparation guide
When one carton is also one sellable unit
State whether the customer buys one item, a complete set or a whole carton. Supply a packaging photo, the approved product-label file and the carton or pallet plan. Product identification and shipment identification remain separate records even when they appear on the same physical package.
For bulky goods, agree protection and label placement on the finished pack before measuring it for transport. Check the current instructions for your product and marketplace before changing a platform-generated label.

Questions about this service
Who supplies the Amazon labels?
You provide the current labels and shipment instructions from your seller account. We match the supplied files to your product and carton records within the agreed preparation scope.
Are product labels and carton labels the same thing?
No. Product identification applies to each sellable item. Marketplace carton labels identify the boxes in the receiving plan, while carrier labels identify the transport shipment. The records must stay aligned.
Can you prepare bundles or multipacks?
Share the component SKUs, quantities per set, presentation requirements, and final product labels. We review the assembly and packaging work with your quote.
What happens if quantities or condition do not match?
We document the discrepancy and agree the next step with you. Affected stock is separated from the inventory approved for preparation or dispatch.

Request a service quotePlan prep by destination and SKU
Start with a named receiving country, the current shipment plan and an approved label version. Agree how similar variants, scanned barcode values and carton contents will be checked. Product-information artwork and placement instructions must be approved for the intended market before preparation.
- China to US, UK and EU prep planning
- SKU identification and barcode check scope
- Prep, storage and rework quote questions
China-origin prep, overseas staging and overseas rework are separate scopes. Confirm the actual receiving facility, local handling and transport arrangements for any destination-country work.
China prep or destination prep?
Compare where you need inspection, assembly, labeling and overflow stock. China prep lets you review supplier discrepancies before export; a destination prep center adds a separate receiving and onward fulfillment arrangement. Share the same finished-unit specification and carton plan to compare total route costs.
Make bundle pricing clear
For multipacks, specify component quantities per finished set and the final label file. Ask whether the quote is per component, completed set or handling step, and whether bags, boxes, labels and rework are included.
For bundles built from several suppliers
Define the finished set, component quantities, packaging version and approved packing example. Agree how completeness and label checks will be recorded before carton release.
Plan components, assembly and finished-set checks
Approve protection on the finished packed unit
Share fragile points, existing packaging, required closure and an approved packing example. Agree check coverage and review label readability after wrapping or repacking. Update final packed measurements before release. Flag dated or temperature-sensitive goods for product and route acceptance review before sending inventory.
Build the protective packaging brief · Review batch and date records
Agree the records for the destination handoff

Review carton mapping, delivery documents and follow-up owners
When your FBA shipment changes after packing
Share the affected shipment and carton references, current stock location and replacement instructions. Agree any hold, relabeling, carton rebuilding and recheck work before release. Final carton contents and measurements must match the revised instruction set.
Plan shipment changes and carton checks · Confirm barcode eligibility and check scope
Keep revised cartons linked to the release approval
If quantities, box contents or destinations change, identify the affected cartons and current location before approving corrections. Use the active instructions to review rework and final release.

Route and responsibilities
Do I need prep in China or a warehouse in my destination country?
China-side prep checks and prepares supplier stock before international dispatch. A destination warehouse receives goods after the international leg and may carry out local prep or customer fulfillment under a separate plan. Tell us the current stock location, required receiving country and final receiving address. Confirm each facility and its role before a supplier sends inventory.
Can the same supplier stock support FBA replenishment and customer orders?
Describe the two workloads separately: FBA units and replenishment frequency, plus customer orders per month and items per order. Propose the SKU quantities allocated to each workflow and agree separate labels, packaging, stock records and release instructions. Capacity, split-stock handling and any destination warehouse work need confirmation in your quote.
Who handles my stock and approves the next handoff?
My China Warehousing is operated by JETON EXPRESS SERVICE LIMITED, with the China team and warehouse based in Guangzhou. Ask the team to identify the receiving facility, execution contact and responsible party for each prep, freight or destination step in your plan. Confirm which work is performed by the China team and which needs a separate destination arrangement.
Checks and shipment release
What is checked before labeling and packing?
Specify SKU and variant counts, visible packaging checks, label files and any bundling or protective packing required. Receiving checks are different from a product inspection: agree sampling, functional checks, acceptance criteria and the report required before work begins.
What happens if products arrive damaged or quantities do not match?
Agree how discrepancies should be recorded and which stock must be held for your decision. Request photos or count records in the quote scope. Supplier replacement, rework and extra materials need an approved instruction and cost before release.
Which records should I request before international dispatch?
Ask for the final SKU-to-carton allocation, carton counts, measured dimensions and weights, approved labels and the freight handoff reference. Use current instructions from your seller account. Decide who approves the records and who coordinates the destination delivery.
Quote scope
How should I compare prep quotes?
Compare receiving, inspection, per-unit prep, labels, packaging materials, bundles, storage, rework and outbound handling as separate items. State whether label application includes the label, bagging includes the bag, and carton packing includes the carton. Confirm minimum charges, the storage start date and exclusions. Freight and destination charges should be stated separately so the same work can be compared.
