Service planning details
Set the compliance handoff for each parcel market.
A customer-parcel plan needs its own tax, declaration, carrier and returns decisions. It is a different brief from a bulk marketplace inventory shipment.
- Confirm who collects tax and who declares imports for each route.
- Provide accurate order contents, origin, value and approved labels.
- Agree duty charges, restricted-product acceptance and the seller’s returns decision process.
Confirm the seller, appointed specialist and warehouse responsibilities separately. Agreed physical checks and prep records support the handoff; testing and regulatory review require a separately confirmed scope.
Send supplier inventory to our Guangzhou warehouse, prepare it before orders arrive, and release customer orders for China-to-US, UK, or European delivery. The two steps connect your suppliers to warehouse stock, then warehouse stock to each customer order.
What we can handle
- Receiving inventory from one or several Chinese suppliers
- Quantity checks and product inspection within the agreed scope
- SKU organization, storage, and replenishment coordination
- Picking requested SKUs and packing to approved instructions
- Branded materials, inserts, or bundles when included in your plan
- Outbound carrier handoff and agreed tracking updates
Two steps, with stock prepared between them
Step 1: Supplier to Guangzhou stock
Receive goods, reconcile SKU quantities, review inspection findings, and prepare the inventory for storage and order release.
Step 2: Guangzhou stock to the customer
Release each order with its SKU, quantity, recipient details, and packing instructions. Pick, pack, and dispatch through the agreed China-to-customer route.
Confirm the order handoff
Agree the data before orders begin
Define how orders are submitted, which stock is available to sell, packaging instructions, tracking updates, and who approves an order with an incomplete address or unavailable SKU. Order methods and reporting are confirmed during onboarding.
Product category, packed dimensions and weight, destination, and transport choice determine shipping options and estimated timing. Stock prepared in advance can simplify order handling; delivery schedules are confirmed for the actual route.
If you need destination-country stock
A bulk transfer to an agreed overseas facility is a different fulfillment arrangement. Confirm the facility, stock receipt, local picking and packing, shipping, and returns scope in your quote before using that route.
Before inventory arrives
Share your SKU list, quantities, product dimensions and weight, supplier references, inspection needs, expected order volume, and target countries. Confirm receiving and special handling instructions before suppliers send stock.
Use the shipment preparation guide
Keep the picked order tied to its shipping label
For multi-SKU batches, agree a check linking each order reference, variant, quantity and parcel to the shipping label before dispatch. Specify how a mismatch is held, corrected and approved. The agreed record can be manual; confirm any automated store connection separately.
Include representative orders with similar variants and split parcels when reviewing the workflow.

Questions about this service
Where is inventory stored before customer orders?
The primary workflow described here prepares and holds inventory in Guangzhou. Orders are released from that stock for the agreed China-to-customer shipping route.
Can you use my branded packaging or inserts?
Share the materials, placement instructions, component quantities, and an approved packing example. Material supply and assembly work are confirmed in the quote.
How are order data and tracking shared?
Order submission, inventory reporting, and tracking handoff methods are agreed during onboarding. We confirm the workflow before promising an automated connection.
Can stock be shipped to an overseas fulfillment warehouse instead?
Share the intended facility and receiving plan. Bulk transfer and any destination fulfillment or local returns are scoped separately from direct customer shipping.

Tell us your SKUs, order forecast, packing preferences, and destination countries.
Request a fulfillment quoteValidate the route with a fulfillment pilot
Use representative SKUs and parcels to your actual US and European destination countries. Agree a pilot budget and review criteria for packing accuracy, processing, tracking visibility, final charges and exception handling before scaling.
Agree the clock and the handoff
Separate stock readiness, order acceptance, picking and packing, carrier collection, first physical scan and customer delivery. Confirm cutoffs, working days and route estimates in writing. A created tracking number does not establish carrier collection.
Plan for an order that goes wrong
Agree the handling of missing stock, address changes, cancellations, missing scans, failed delivery and damaged parcels. Confirm the escalation contact, approval process and destination return address before orders begin.
Keep product and packaging stock aligned
Supplier availability, warehouse receipt and approved stock ready to sell are different states. Agree how order allocations, inspection holds and corrections affect the inventory report. Confirm the reporting method and update frequency during onboarding.
Track branded boxes, inserts and other materials alongside product SKUs. Agree reorder triggers and the handling of missing packaging; an alternative pack needs the agreed approval.
Confirm order changes before promising an outcome
Agree how cancellations, address corrections and shortages are submitted and acknowledged. Confirm the current picking, packing or carrier status before deciding the next action.
One order may need more than one parcel
Share representative single-item and multi-item baskets. Combined packing is reviewed against product protection, route acceptance and actual parcel measurements. If an order needs a split, agree the contents, charges and tracking handoff for each parcel. Keep the customer order reference and line items linked to each parcel reference, packed measurements, carrier service and tracking number. A delivered parcel does not establish that every item in the order has arrived.

Download the order and parcel record (CSV). Use one row per order line in a parcel; record each parcel’s shipping charge once and keep its tracking events separate.
Follow a parcel across carrier handoffs
Agree how collection evidence, original tracking and the destination carrier reference will be shared. For missing movement or a reported delivery problem, record the last verified event, follow-up owner and next review time.
Connect each order change to the packed parcel
Keep the active order version, SKU lines, packed parcel and label reference connected. Record the operator’s acknowledgment before treating a requested change as completed.

Questions to settle before you send stock
Use these questions to scope your China-to-US, UK or European workflow. Availability, charges and handling arrangements are confirmed for your products and destination.
Stock and shipping route
Can I use this service with zero upfront inventory?
This 2-step workflow uses supplier stock received and prepared in Guangzhou before customer orders are released. You fund stock in advance; share SKU quantities, expected demand and a replenishment plan. If you need purchasing or production only after each sale, state that for a separate feasibility review. Zero-inventory sourcing and print-on-demand production are not assumed in this workflow.
Will customer orders ship from China or a local warehouse?
This service page describes dispatch from prepared Guangzhou stock. A US, UK or European production facility, local fulfillment warehouse or return address is a separate arrangement. Specify the ship-from country you need before comparing processing times, shipping costs and delivery estimates.
What should I confirm for shipping to the US, UK or EU?
Request a route assessment for each country using product details and packed dimensions and weight. Separate warehouse processing time from carrier transit estimates. Confirm tracking coverage, surcharges, restricted products and the responsibility for destination charges before choosing a route.
Samples and destination documents
Can I review samples and branded packaging before scaling?
Share trial quantities, expected order volume, product variants, inspection criteria and the real photos or videos you need before approval. For branded boxes, thank-you cards or neutral shipping packs, provide artwork and sample requirements. Confirm product and material minimum quantities, charges, lead time and who approves the sample before purchasing stock or materials. A representative trial can help you review packing and the actual delivery route.
What if I need documentation for France or another EU destination?
List the exact destination country, product category and documents requested by your marketplace or appointed adviser. Ask which supplier documents can be obtained and what remains your responsibility. A shipping quote or warehouse inspection does not establish product compliance; document availability and any specialist review must be confirmed separately.
Orders, exceptions and costs
How will orders, stock and tracking be exchanged?
Agree an order format, SKU mapping, release schedule, stock update method and the point at which a tracking reference is returned. Confirm the available workflow before relying on a store integration. A created shipping label and a carrier acceptance scan are different milestones.
What happens to delayed parcels, damaged orders and returns?
Agree the contact, evidence and review process for each exception, including how unscanned or delayed parcels are investigated. A local return address is a separate arrangement and must be confirmed before customers ship anything back. Restock, replacement, disposal and return-to-China decisions each need an agreed scope and cost.
Which costs should be included in my fulfillment brief?
List supplier receiving, inspection, storage, pick and pack, additional items per order, packaging and shipping by destination. Ask about minimum charges and any address correction, remote-area, failed-delivery or return costs. Share representative orders so the quote reflects the actual product mix.
