Service planning details
Review returned stock before approving resale.
The return country and the next stock destination both matter. A local receiving address does not appoint an importer or a product-safety representative.
- Record SKU/batch, condition evidence, missing components and any safety or recall information.
- Keep suspect or damaged stock separate from approved saleable inventory.
- Have the named owner approve restock, rework, disposal or a reviewed onward route.
Confirm the seller, appointed specialist and warehouse responsibilities separately. Agreed physical checks and prep records support the handoff; testing and regulatory review require a separately confirmed scope.
Give returned inventory a clear next step. We coordinate destination-specific return routing, inspection, and disposition instructions so you can decide what to recover and what to remove.
What we can handle
- Return address and routing arrangements by destination
- Receiving and return reference reconciliation
- Agreed visual inspection and condition reporting
- Restocking or repacking of eligible items
- Consolidation for onward routing or return to China
- Disposal coordination when approved and permitted
Your shipment workflow
- Confirm the destination, product category, and expected return volume.
- Agree the local routing address and inspection criteria.
- Review condition reports and approve a disposition.
- Restock, repack, consolidate, or dispose as instructed.
Confirm before you ship
Local facility availability and permitted handling depend on the destination and product type. A return address is provided only after the arrangement is confirmed. Disposal and resale eligibility require your approval and applicable local checks.
Give every return a recorded next step

| Checkpoint | Agreed handling |
|---|---|
| Identify | Match the return reference, original order, SKU, and received quantity. |
| Inspect | Record visible condition, packaging, accessories, and any agreed functional checks. |
| Review | Share findings so you can approve resale, rework, consolidation, or disposal. |
| Close | Record the approved action and any resulting inventory movement. |
Inspection alone does not authorize resale or disposal. Product condition, applicable restrictions, and your disposition instructions determine the next step.
Match condition findings to an approved action
Agree disposition rules in advance, then review exceptions using the recorded condition of each return.

| Finding | Action to consider |
|---|---|
| Meets restock criteria | Approve restocking through the confirmed route |
| Packaging needs attention | Review repacking scope and cost before restocking |
| Identity or condition unclear | Hold for review and request further instructions |
| Unsuitable for intended resale | Assess consolidation, onward routing, or approved disposal |
These are planning examples. Product restrictions, local availability, and your instructions determine the action; inspection alone does not authorize resale or disposal.
Close the stock and handling record
Link each return to its order reference, SKU, received quantity, condition finding and inspection evidence. Record the proposed action, customer approval, agreed handling quote and the quantity actually processed.
Keep unapproved returned units held for review. When an approved action is completed, record the resulting inventory movement and any remaining held quantity. A restock decision, customer refund and carrier claim are separate records; one does not complete the others.
Compare the estimated and actual handling costs in the same currency, including any storage, materials or onward shipment agreed for that action.

Before customers send returns
Share the destination market, return or original-order reference, SKU, expected quantity, and the checks you need. Confirm the local receiving address, reporting requirements, and who approves restocking, repacking, consolidation, or disposal before returns are sent.
Use the shipment preparation guide
Separate return transport costs from the stock decision
Confirm the receiving address, label provider and return-freight payer for each route. Quote receiving, inspection, storage, materials and disposition separately. A supplier accepting returns does not establish who pays transport or whether a destination receiving address is available.
For a returned set, record the expected components and what actually arrives before approving any stock change. A missing-parts report, customer refund and warehouse disposition need separate decisions.
Questions about this service
Can you arrange returns in the US, UK, and Europe?
Local return routing is agreed for each destination and product. Confirm the receiving address, inspection scope, and disposition instructions before customers send returned items.
Who decides whether a return is restocked or disposed of?
You approve the action after reviewing the agreed condition findings. We coordinate restocking, repacking, consolidation, or disposal within the confirmed scope.
What condition categories can be used?
Your inspection brief can distinguish ready-to-restock items, packaging that needs attention, stock held for review, and items unsuitable for resale. Checks and disposition instructions are agreed for your product.
Can recovered stock be consolidated?
Share the target destination and expected volume. Consolidation, further preparation, and onward routing can be included in the agreed return plan.
Set up a return handling plan
Share the return market, expected volume, inspection criteria, and how you want recovered stock handled.
Request a service quoteReceiving a return is the first decision point
Confirm the country-specific receiving address, accepted product scope, order references and inspection criteria. Keep received stock separate from stock approved for resale. You approve any restock, repacking, onward shipment or disposal decision.
Compare the recovery route
Review the item’s reported condition and recovery value against local handling, storage and onward shipment costs. A return to China is quoted as a separate route. Customer refunds and the warehouse disposition follow separate approved instructions.
Record returned components before a stock decision
For a returned set, compare the actual components with the approved specification and keep incomplete or uncertain units held for review. Condition observations, customer refunds and inventory release are separate decisions.
Plan your next handoff
