Getting started
What is the relationship with Jeton Express?
My China Warehousing is a warehousing and fulfillment project operated by JETON EXPRESS SERVICE LIMITED, the company behind Jeton Express. Our China team and warehouse are in Guangzhou.
Can several suppliers send products to Guangzhou?
Yes. Share a supplier list, SKU quantities, purchase references, and expected arrival dates. Use the confirmed receiving instructions so each delivery can be matched to your inventory plan.
What should I send before inventory arrives?
Provide product specifications, quantities, supplier references, destination, requested services, and any special handling needs. For marketplace prep, share your current shipment instructions and label files when available.
When can I send stock to the warehouse?
Send inventory after the service scope and receiving instructions are confirmed. This lets us match incoming goods to your project and clarify products that need additional review.
Marketplace preparation
Who supplies the Amazon or Walmart labels?
You provide the current labels and shipment instructions from your seller account. We match the supplied files to your product and carton records within the agreed preparation scope.
Are product labels and carton labels the same thing?
No. Product identification applies to each sellable item. Marketplace carton labels identify the boxes in the receiving plan, while carrier labels identify the transport shipment. The records must stay aligned.
Can you prepare bundles or multipacks?
Share the component SKUs, quantities per set, presentation requirements, and final product labels. We review the assembly and packaging work with your quote.
What if labels or shipment instructions are missing?
We ask for the missing information before the affected work or shipment is released. If a plan changes after repacking, carton contents and labels are checked again.
Which destination is supported for WFS preparation?
The WFS service on this site is for US-bound Walmart fulfillment. China-to-UK and European routes can be discussed for other fulfillment plans.
Inspection and storage
What does a quality inspection include?
The checklist is agreed for your product. It may include quantity, model, size, colour, appearance, accessories, packaging, or selected functional checks. Sampling, evidence, and acceptance criteria are confirmed before inspection.
What happens if quantities or condition do not match?
We document the discrepancy and agree the next step with you. Affected stock is separated from the inventory approved for preparation or dispatch.
Can inventory be stored and released in batches?
Yes, subject to the agreed storage scope. Share expected stock levels, storage duration, and batch-release instructions so storage and handling can be included in the plan.
How are fragile, oversized, battery, or liquid products handled?
Flag these products before sending stock. Acceptance, packaging, inspection, transport, and destination restrictions need to be reviewed for the specific item and route.
Fulfillment and returns
Does 2-step fulfillment ship each order from China?
The primary workflow here prepares and stores supplier inventory in Guangzhou, then picks, packs, and ships individual customer orders from that stock. If you need a bulk move to destination-country inventory, the receiving facility and local fulfillment arrangement are confirmed separately.
Can you use my branded packaging or inserts?
Share the materials, placement instructions, component quantities, and an approved packing example. The quote will confirm material supply, assembly work, and any destination limitations.
Can you arrange returns in the US, UK, and Europe?
Local return routing is agreed for each destination and product. Confirm the receiving address, inspection scope, and disposition instructions before customers send returned items.
Who decides whether a return is restocked or disposed of?
You approve the action after reviewing the agreed condition findings. We coordinate restocking, repacking, consolidation, or disposal within the confirmed scope.
Quotes and timing
What information affects my quote?
Product size and weight, quantities, SKU count, inspection depth, labeling, materials, assembly, storage, destination handling, and transport all affect the scope.
Is there a fixed prep rate or universal minimum?
Requirements differ by product and workflow. Your quote confirms the charging basis, any minimums, and which services or materials are included.
How are shipping options and lead times confirmed?
We review origin readiness, preparation work, packed dimensions, destination, and transport options. Estimated schedules are confirmed for your shipment and can change with carrier or receiving conditions.
Can you review an urgent replenishment request?
Include the inventory-ready date and target dispatch date. We will review feasibility and available arrangements before confirming an urgent plan.
Destination prep and label controls
Can I use the same prep instructions for the US, UK and EU?
Build a separate brief for each receiving country and intended selling market. Confirm current marketplace instructions, approved product-information artwork, placement and supporting documents for the actual product. Read our destination prep guide.
Does a correct printed label prove the right item is inside?
No. Agree checks connecting the physical variant, packaging, scanned barcode value and approved SKU record. Confirm whether checks cover samples or every unit, and whether sealed packaging may be opened.
What should I do if wrong labels are found after dispatch?
Identify the shipment location and ask the carrier about available options. Interception is not guaranteed. Confirm the receiving facility, stock identity, correction scope, charges and approval before arranging destination rework.
What charges should I check for relabeling or recovered inventory?
Ask about receiving, counting, identification, old-label removal, printing, materials, repacking, inventory entry, storage and onward delivery. Compare providers using the same quantities and condition assumptions.
Testing a China-to-US or Europe route
Does a tracking number mean my parcel has been collected?
No. Label creation, warehouse dispatch, carrier collection and the first physical carrier scan are different events. Agree the reporting method and the point at which a missing scan is investigated.
Can I test a small batch before moving more inventory?
Share your pilot SKUs, units, packing instructions, destination countries and budget. Product acceptance, handling charges and any minimums are confirmed in the quote; pilot availability is reviewed for your specific scope.
How should I compare a two-pack prep quote?
Use the same component list and finished-set specification. Confirm whether each fee applies per component, finished set or carton and whether receiving, inspection, bags, labels, boxes and rework are included.
When does the quoted delivery time start?
Ask whether it starts at order acceptance, warehouse dispatch or carrier collection, and whether it uses working or calendar days. Stock preparation and delivery estimates are confirmed separately for the route.
Bundles and staged replenishment
How do I know how many complete sets can be assembled?
Define the component quantities per set and use accepted stock available for the job. The scarcest required component or packaging item limits complete sets. Actual dispatch also depends on assembly checks and release approval.
Can supplier stock be released in several replenishment batches?
Staged releases can be scoped with storage and handling. Each batch needs its own allocated quantities, carton record and approved destination instructions. Confirm delivery references and bookings before splitting a movement.
Does a delivery confirmation mean all units are available in FBA?
No. Track carrier delivery, marketplace-received quantities and inventory availability separately. Compare the physical carton record with the shipment plan and marketplace receiving record when counts differ.
Protection, condition and batch dates
Does adding protective wrap prove a product can withstand transport?
No. Approve a packing sample and agree the checking scope. Any requested packaging test needs its own method, coverage and acceptance criteria. A visual check or warning sticker does not establish transport performance.
What if stock arrives with wet cartons or damaged seals?
Record the agreed condition checks, affected SKUs and quantities, and keep unresolved stock separate from approved goods. Agree the assessment and next action before repacking or release; a new carton does not establish that affected goods are fit for sale.
Can unclear production or expiry dates be corrected during prep?
Ask the supplier and relevant product specialist to confirm the date type and authorized information first. Dates must not be invented, extended or concealed. Any replacement label must remain tied to the original record and approved placement.
Do you accept dated or temperature-sensitive products?
Acceptance, storage conditions, preparation and transport suitability must be reviewed for the specific item and route before stock is sent. Sharing a batch record does not establish availability of cold-chain or another specialist service.
Inspection coverage and sample approval
Does approving a sample mean every later unit is checked?
No. Sample approval defines a reference. The later inspection scope separately confirms batches, units inspected, selection method, checks and acceptance criteria.
Can product photos verify materials or certification?
Photos can document appearance and agreed visible findings. Material composition, specialist performance or certification requires appropriate product-specific evidence and separately confirmed testing scope.
What happens when a check has no agreed acceptance rule?
Record the missing criterion and review it before relying on the finding for release. Agree who supplies the rule and who approves the next action.
Tracking and destination handoff
Does a delivery appointment prove my shipment reached the receiving warehouse?
No. It describes an intended movement. Confirm which shipment references and carton group the booking covers, then review records of the actual collection, onward dispatch and reported delivery.
How should I track a shipment with several cartons?
Connect each warehouse carton number to its marketplace box ID, pallet where applicable, transport reference and final tracking number. Ask for updated mapping when another facility rebuilds pallets or repacks cartons.
What if the delivery document does not identify my cartons or destination clearly?
Retain the original and ask the issuing party to clarify the shipment references, location, recorded quantities and any acknowledgment information. Record omissions and a follow-up owner; do not create missing details.
Who follows up when only part of a shipment is received?
Agree who requests carrier and facility records and who manages the marketplace case. Use the carton mapping, latest transport events and marketplace receiving quantities to identify the affected group before assigning an explanation.
Parcel tracking and delivery exceptions
Does a tracking number confirm carrier collection?
A generated number alone does not establish physical collection. Review the collection record and carrier events separately. Missing movement needs verification rather than an assumed cause.
What if the destination tracking reference is missing?
Record it as pending and ask the agreed contact to obtain the destination carrier and parcel reference. Keep that reference linked to the original tracking number and customer order.
What if tracking says delivered but the customer has not received the parcel?
Record both the delivery event and the customer report, verify the parcel and order match, and request available carrier evidence. The next action follows the applicable requirements and agreed process.
Supplier differences, missing parts and rework
Does approving a sample mean the full batch has been checked?
No. Keep the approved specification and sample version as a reference. Agree the checks, selection method and coverage for received stock; a sample approval does not establish that every production unit conforms.
How should a missing accessory be recorded?
Identify the component model, required quantity per product, affected SKU or batch, checked units and supporting evidence. Separate incomplete sets and agree the replacement identity, assembly work and recheck before release.
Can supplier changes be accepted during receiving?
Record the proposed difference and affected stock, then obtain the appropriate review and approval before updating the work instruction. Retain the old specification and clarify which batches use each version.
Does completed rework automatically release goods for shipping?
No. Agree and record the recheck method, coverage, findings and remaining exceptions. The authorized person approves the final stock status and dispatch quantity separately.
Shipment revisions and current barcode choices
What should I send if my FBA plan changes after packing?
Provide the old and new shipment references, affected cartons, quantities, current location and approved replacement instructions. Agree the physical corrections and checks before releasing revised stock. Use the shipment change guide.
Can every product use its existing manufacturer barcode?
No. Eligibility depends on the current marketplace rules, product and seller role. Review the barcode eligibility and SKU check guide, then provide the approved identifiers for your inventory.
Accessory checks and different pack quantities
Does a complete accessory count confirm that the product assembles correctly?
No. Count, model identity, assembly fit and function are separate findings. Agree the pairing, procedure, coverage and acceptance criteria for any additional checks. Review the inspection example.
Can the same packing instruction cover four-piece and six-piece sets?
Give each finished pack a distinct reference, component recipe and approved label instruction. Reconcile components consumed and sets completed separately. Plan different pack quantities.
