THE SERVICE SCOPE

From receiving to release.

  1. Inventory reconciliation
  2. Agreed unit & carton prep
  3. US shipment handoff
DESTINATION & PRODUCT CHECKS

Prepare the US product and import brief.

WFS preparation is for US-bound inventory. Connect the seller’s current prep instructions to the named customs importer and the applicable product evidence.

  • Confirm importer, broker, tariff classification and route charges.
  • Have the responsible party review applicable GCC/CPC and certificate-filing requirements.
  • Preserve origin and safety information when applying the approved WFS labels.

Confirm the seller, appointed specialist and warehouse responsibilities separately. Agreed physical checks and prep records support the handoff; testing and regulatory review require a separately confirmed scope.

Prepare your Walmart inventory at origin. We receive stock in Guangzhou, coordinate agreed checks, and pack and label it using your WFS shipment instructions.

What we can handle

  • Receiving and reconciliation against your product list
  • Product identifier and label checks against your instructions
  • Removal or covering of conflicting labels where agreed
  • Item packaging and protective prep
  • Shipment-specific carton labeling
  • Consolidation and outbound transport coordination

Your shipment workflow

  1. Send your product details and the applicable WFS destination plan.
  2. Provide the product identifiers and shipping labels from Seller Center.
  3. Confirm packaging, quantities, dimensions, and any exceptions.
  4. Approve the prepared shipment for its US destination.

Confirm before you ship

WFS preparation on this site refers to US-bound Walmart fulfillment. UK and European logistics can be scoped separately. Current product eligibility and Seller Center requirements are reviewed for the specific shipment; acceptance is not guaranteed.

Keep the receiving plan tied to the cartons

Map every SKU and variant to its Walmart product identifier, then keep the unit labels, carton contents and shipping plan aligned.

Three label levels for a US WFS shipment
LabelWhat it identifiesWhat to check
Item barcodeThe individual sellable unitA readable 12-digit UPC or 14-digit GTIN on the outermost unit packaging. Each variant needs its own identifier; a supplier SKU or Amazon FNSKU is not a WFS item barcode.
WFS receiving labelThe box or pallet in the shipment planMatch the current shipment and box references to the actual contents. Keep the packing list with the active label files.
Carrier labelThe transport shipmentMatch the carrier destination and collection instructions to the approved receiving plan.

Store UPC and GTIN values as text in your inventory list to preserve leading zeros. Review barcode readability after the final packaging is applied, using the check coverage agreed for the job.

Check the packing workflow before combining SKUs

Walmart offers different box-contents workflows, and some mixed-SKU options have account or route restrictions. Share the packing setup available in your current Seller Center plan before requesting mixed cartons. Supplier consolidation in Guangzhou does not automatically make a mixed carton eligible for WFS receiving.

When stock or labels change

Record the affected SKU, expected and received quantities, visible condition and active label version. Agree any sorting, replacement labels, repacking or supplier follow-up before the affected stock is released. Update carton allocations and receiving-label files after an approved change.

Before inventory arrives

Share your SKU list, quantities, product dimensions and weight, supplier references, requested checks, and destination. Agree receiving instructions and special handling before dispatching stock to us.

Use the shipment preparation guide

Review the existing barcode before approving more labels

Send a photo of the actual sellable-unit packaging and the identifier recorded in your Walmart item setup. Include the SKU, variant, intended unit of sale and the approved shipment instructions.

Do not decide whether another label is needed from a general seller comment. Compare the actual identifier, packaging and label placement with the current WFS instructions, then approve the file version and the checks included in your prep quote.

Questions about this service

Can I use an Amazon FNSKU for WFS inventory?

No. WFS uses a 12-digit UPC or 14-digit GTIN on each sellable unit. Share separate channel mappings when the same product is prepared for Amazon and Walmart.

Can I combine different SKUs in one WFS carton?

Share the packing setup in your current Seller Center plan first. Mixed-SKU options depend on the available workflow and route. Confirm carton eligibility before packing, then keep each approved box allocation and its receiving label together.

Which destination is supported for WFS preparation?

The WFS service on this site is for US-bound Walmart fulfillment. China-to-UK and European routes can be discussed for other fulfillment plans.

Who supplies the Amazon or Walmart labels?

You provide the current labels and shipment instructions from your seller account. We match the supplied files to your product and carton records within the agreed preparation scope.

What if labels or shipment instructions are missing?

We ask for the missing information before the affected work or shipment is released. If a plan changes after repacking, carton contents and labels are checked again.

How are fragile, oversized, battery, or liquid products handled?

Flag these products before sending stock. Acceptance, packaging, inspection, transport, and destination restrictions need to be reviewed for the specific item and route.
